Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the purchase of the ATE26 Follow-Up Guide (the "Guide") sold by Scale Tours ("we", "us"). By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. They are written in plain English and designed to be clear — not to catch you out. Please read them before you buy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything in these terms.

1. What You Are Purchasing

The Guide is a digital product. Your purchase gives you access to:

  • A pre-built Claude AI skill file designed to assist with post-conference follow-up messaging
  • A step-by-step Loom video tutorial covering how to set up and use the skill file

Access is delivered via a link sent to your email address immediately after payment is confirmed. The Guide is a version-one resource. It has been built and tested, but it is a first iteration and will improve over time. The current version is clearly described on the purchase page.

2. Skill File Performance and User Responsibility

The Claude AI skill file is a tool. Its output depends on the quality, accuracy, and completeness of the information you provide to it. By purchasing the Guide, you acknowledge the following:

  • The skill file generates follow-up message drafts based on your inputs. The quality of those drafts is directly related to the quality of the notes and context you provide
  • Claude is an AI platform operated by Anthropic. Scale Tours does not control Anthropic's platform, its availability, or any changes Anthropic makes to how Claude operates
  • You are responsible for setting up and maintaining your own access to Claude. Scale Tours does not manage your Claude account or subscription
  • The skill file may prompt you for clarification or additional context during use. Engaging with those prompts is part of using the tool. If you get stuck at any point, the recommended approach is to tell Claude directly that you are stuck — it will guide you through
  • Results will vary. The skill file is not a guarantee of any specific outcome. What you get out of it depends on what you put in

Scale Tours is not responsible for outputs that do not meet your expectations because of incomplete, inaccurate, or insufficient information provided to the skill file.

3. Email Deliverability and Connected Systems

Where the Guide is used to draft follow-up emails intended to be sent via your own email platform or CRM, the following applies:

  • Email deliverability depends on your own email infrastructure, domain settings, sending platform, and the recipient's inbox configuration. Scale Tours has no visibility into or control over these factors
  • Each user's email or CRM setup is different. We provide general guidance as part of the tutorial, but we cannot guarantee that messages generated by the skill file will be successfully delivered in every case
  • Connections between Claude and your email or CRM system are established by you through your own accounts and agreed integrations. Scale Tours is not a party to those connections and is not responsible for how they perform
Recommended approach: use the skill file to generate your follow-up drafts, review each one for accuracy and tone, personalise where needed, and send manually. This gives you full control over what goes out and to whom. Automated or bulk sending of AI-generated messages without prior review is done entirely at your own risk.

4. Refund Policy

The Guide is a digital product with immediate access upon purchase. Because of this:

  • We do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed or the delivery link has been sent
  • If you experience a technical issue preventing access to the files, contact us at hello@scaletours.com and we will resolve it promptly
  • If you are unsatisfied with the product, we encourage you to reach out — we will do our best to help you get value from it

Nothing in this refund policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a remedy under that law.

5. Intellectual Property

The Guide, skill file, and tutorial content are the intellectual property of Scale Tours. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Guide for your own business follow-up purposes.

  • You may not redistribute, resell, share publicly, or use the Guide or skill file to create derivative products for commercial sale without written permission from Scale Tours
  • Sharing the Guide with colleagues within the same business organisation is permitted
  • Sharing with people outside your organisation is not permitted without prior written consent

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Scale Tours is not liable for any loss of business, loss of revenue, missed opportunities, or other direct or indirect loss arising from your use of the Guide or the skill file
  • Our total liability to you in connection with this purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the Guide
  • We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or changes to Claude, Anthropic's platform, or any third-party email, CRM, or automation system you connect to it
  • We are not responsible for any errors in AI-generated messages that are sent without prior review by you

7. General

  • These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia
  • Any dispute arising from this purchase is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales
  • We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction
